CCI Türkiye was selected as the third most desired company to work with in the "Best Team to Join" list of Sales Network. 

CCI Next Talent was included in the Top 100 Talent Programs. We ranked first in the "Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Soft Drink)" category. 

CCI Türkiye ranked the 1st place with our Telsell project in one of the most prestigious Customer Experience program "International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA)". In collaboration with Turkcell Global Bilgi, Telsell project enabling to reach remote customers through digital channels, received the gold award in the "Best B2B Customer Experience" category.

CCI Türkiye earned the "Company with the Most Projects" award in the Bi-Fikir Festival organised by Anadolu Group companies and was the only company to make it to the final round in both the "Discoverer" and "Inventor" categories. It also won the awards for Digitalisation Achievement and Sustainability Achievement. 

CCI Türkiye came out second place in the "The Youth's Favourite MT Program" category, third in the "The Youth's Favourite Short-Term Internship Program" category and fourth in the category of "The Company Whose Career Account is Most Popularly Followed on Social Media by the Youth". 

According to Universum, one of the most recognized Employer Branding specialist, CCI Türkiye is among "Türkiye's Most Attractive Employers Survey 2022”. Around 100,000 students and young professionals contributed to the research published in the Harvard Business Review. CCI Türkiye was featured in the category of "Economic and Administrative Sciences" in the voting held by the students and also included in the list under the categories of "Economic and Administrative Sciences", "Engineering / IT", "Social Sciences / Law / Education" and "Science".
