- Anadolu Grubu: The Anadolu Group, founded in 1950 by the Yazıcı and Özilhan families, is one of the major driving forces of the Turkish economy, both in terms of revenue, production capacity, and the projects it has developed and participated in. With its presence in 19 countries, over 80 companies, 86 production facilities, 6 R&D centers, and 95,000 employees, the Anadolu Group operates in 7 sectors: beer, beverages, retail, agriculture, automotive, stationery, and energy.
- Anadolu Efes: Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayii A.Ş., together with its subsidiaries and affiliates produces and markets beer, malt and soft drinks across many regions including Türkiye, Russia, the CIS countries, South Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Anadolu Efes forms the Efes Beverages Group, a conglomerate with its subsidiaries and affiliates. The group is the beverage division of AG Anadolu Grubu Holding Holding A.Ş. (Anadolu Group), one of Türkiye's leading conglomerates.
- BASIS (Beverage Advanced Standard Information System): A standardized sales accounting software system used by most of the Coca-Cola bottlers in the world
- Bottler: A business like Coca-Cola İçecek that buys concentrates, beverage bases, or syrups made by The Coca-Cola Company, converts them into finished packaged products, and markets and distributes them to customers
- Bottler’s Agreement: An agreement between The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and a bottler which governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the manufacturing, packaging, distributing and selling of TCCC beverages in a specified geographical area
- CCI: Coca-Cola İçecek
- CokePort: CCI’s intranet portal
- Cold Drink Equipment: A generic term encompassing point of sale equipment such as coolers (refrigerators) and vending machines
- Concentrate: A syrup based product manufactured by The Coca-Cola Company or other beverage company, sold to bottlers to prepare finished beverages through the addition of sweeteners and/or water
- Customer: An individual store, retail outlet, restaurant, or chain of stores or businesses that sells or serves our products directly to consumers
- EBITDA: Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization, and other non-cash items.
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI): The world's most widely used reporting framework founded in 1997 which became a partner of UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) in 1999.
- HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup): Corn syrup with high levels of fructose. Processed from corn as a substitute sweetener to crystal sugar.
- Non-Ready To Drink Beverages: Beverages not ready for immediate consumption and need additional mixing. There are two types of non-ready to drink beverages; they are hot beverages including tea and coffee and beverages prepared from powder and concentrates.
- On-Premise: Outlets where consumers buy soft drinks for immediate consumption at or near the point-of-sale.
- Per Capita Consumption: Average number of 8-ounce (236.5 ml) servings consumed per person, per year, in a specific market. Coca-Cola İçecek products' per capita consumption is calculated with the amount of unit case multiplied by 24 and divided by a specific region’s population.
- PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate): The material from which CCI’s plastic soft drink bottles are manufactured
- Physical Case: The unique combination of beverage products and package sizes used for deliveries to customers
- Postmix: Dispensing system in a retail outlet. This system produces soft drinks by mixing syrup and carbonated water together at the time a consumer purchases a soft drink.
- Premix: A physical form of a beverage product in a metal container, ready for consumption
- Ready To Drink Beverage: Beverage in a prepared form, ready for consumption.
- REFPET: Refillable PET bottle
- Sparkling Beverage: Non-alcoholic carbonated beverage containing flavorings and sweeteners. Excludes, among other beverages, waters and flavored waters, juices and juice drinks, sports drinks, and teas and coffees.
- Still Beverage: Non-alcoholic non-sparkling beverage including, but not limited to, waters and flavored waters, juices and juice drinks, sports drinks, and teas and coffees
- Syrup: The concentrate used for beverage production either in the bottling or the Postmix distribution unit. Beverage extract consists of sweetener and treated water
- Take-Home: Products generally purchased for at-home or future consumption
- TCCQS: The Coca-Cola Quality System

- Unit Case: Unit of measurement that is the equivalent to 5,678 liters, in other words 24 servings or 192 American standard ounces.
- Volume: The number of physical cases of products directly or indirectly sold to our customers

- CAGR: Compound annual growth rate. CAGR, is the mean annual growth rate of an investment over a specified period longer than one year.
- ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a framework used to assess an organization's business practices and performance on various sustainability and ethical issues.
- RGM: Revenue Growth Management
- Product Mix: Share of each product in the product portfolio
- IC: Immediate Consumption. Ready to drink beverages with 1liter and under 1 liter packages
- FC: Future Consumption. Beverages ready for sharing or for consumption that are over 1 liter
- NSR: Net Sales Revenue
- Transaction: The number of beverage item that is sold.
DME: Direct Marketing Expenditures- FCF: Free Cash Flow
- r-PET (Recycled PET): Plastic bottle material made from recycled PET plastic
- RGB: Returnable Glass Bottle
- EUR (Energy Use Ratio): MJ of energy consumed per liter of product produced.
- WUR (Water Use Ratio): Liters of water used per liter of product produced.

- CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project): A reporting system that aims to change the way the business world works in order to reduce the negative impacts of climate change and protect natural resources.

- GHG Emissions: Refers to emissions from all production processes arising from the Company's plants, such as bottling and preform injection
