Ahmet Kürşad Ertin has more than 25 years of international experience in sales, commercial operations, and general management. Throughout his career at Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), he has held senior leadership positions across Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, as well as the South Asia and Middle East regions.
Ertin joined CCI in 1998 in customer and commercial operations. During the early years of his career, he held various operational and commercial roles across different regions of Türkiye, gaining extensive experience in field management and sales operations.
In 2009, he was appointed General Manager of CCI Azerbaijan. He returned to Türkiye in 2010 to assume the role of Traditional Channel Sales Director, and in 2014 was appointed Sales Director of CCI Türkiye.
In 2015, Ertin was appointed General Manager of CCI Kazakhstan, followed by his appointment as General Manager of CCI Pakistan in 2019. In 2023, he became Regional Director for South Asia and the Middle East, overseeing the company’s operations across Pakistan, Jordan, Iraq and Bangladesh.
Following his tenure as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ahmet Kürşad Ertin was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coca-Cola İçecek, effective 1 July 2026.

Ahmet Öztürk has more than 30 years of experience in finance and internal audit. He joined Anadolu Group in 1995 as a Financial Control Specialist and held various roles across the Group companies during the early years of his career.
Between 1999 and 2007, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Coca-Cola Turkmenistan, Coca-Cola Azerbaijan, Efes Ukraine and Efes Serbia, respectively. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Audit at Efes Breweries International, which managed Anadolu Efes' international beer operations, and became Chief Audit Executive of Anadolu Efes in 2011.
In 2018, Öztürk was appointed as Chief Audit Executive of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI).
Ahmet Öztürk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bilkent University.
Burak Gürcan has 30 years of experience within Anadolu Group. He joined the Group in 1996 and assumed roles of increasing responsibility across Efes Beverage Group, Anadolu Bilişim and Anadolu Medical Center, gaining experience in information systems, ERP projects, marketing management and human resources systems.
Prior to his current role, Gürcan was responsible for Talent Management, Rewards and Benefits Management and Employee Experience Management at Anadolu Group.
Since 2024, he has been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI).
Burak Gürcan holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Burçak Türkeri is a senior corporate affairs and sustainability executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability leadership across multiple industries. Throughout her career, she has held diverse communication roles in different companies.
She spent 11 years at Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), culminating in her role as Group Corporate Communications Manager, where she successfully led communication strategies across 10 countries and managed complex multi-country stakeholder ecosystems.
Following her tenure at CCI, Burçak joined Ford Otosan, a leading joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Koç Holding, as Sustainability and Corporate Communications Director. In this role, she led the company's sustainability efforts while managing corporate communication activities in Türkiye and Romania.
On April 13, 2026, Burçak was appointed Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer at Coca-Cola İçecek, where she is responsible for shaping and leading the company's corporate affairs, sustainability, communications, government relations, and stakeholder engagement agenda across CCI's multinational footprint.
Burçak holds a BA in International Relations from Koç University and an MA in European Studies from Boğaziçi University. She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development.
With 25 years of experience, including two decades within Anadolu Group, Çiçek Özgüneş has led strategic initiatives in debt and equity capital markets, focusing on public and private offerings, capital structuring, risk and liquidity management, corporate governance, and investor relations.
She started her career in 2000 as a research assistant at Prudential Securities in Boston, USA. In 2005, she joined Anadolu Efes’ Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Department, where she supported various capital-raising projects that played a role in the company’s international growth.
In 2015, she was appointed Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Director at Anadolu Efes, a role she held until 2020 before transitioning to Coca-Cola İçecek as Treasury & Investor Relations Director. Over the next four years, she led initiatives in liquidity and debt management, financial risk planning, and investor relations.
In 2024, she took on the role of Finance Director of CCI Türkiye, focusing on financial strategy, operational finance, and regulatory compliance.
Çiçek has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in German from Marmara University and MBA from Boğaziçi University.
Doğa Erzi is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in sales. Throughout his career, he has provided leadership in sales, operational strategy, business development and commercial transformation to drive organizational growth and change.
He began his career at Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) in 2003, progressing from sales development roles to senior leadership positions. Throughout his tenure, he took on significant responsibilities across distributor management, field sales, traditional trade, on-premise consumption and modern retail. He gained extensive expertise in key account management, operational strategy and the development of commercial systems. Between 2021 and 2022, he served as Head of Business Development and Transformation, managing major transformation projects, before being appointed Sales Director of CCI Türkiye, where he successfully managed nationwide sales operations. After completing 20 years at CCI, Erzi joined Danone Türkiye as Commercial Director from 2023 to 2025.
As of January 2, 2026, he has been appointed Commercial Excellence Director at Coca-Cola İçecek, where he leads the company’s commercial strategies, driving sales excellence and sustainable growth objectives.
Doğa Erzi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Galatasaray University and an MBA from Yeditepe University.
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience in enterprise digital transformation and technology strategies, Aktan began her career at IBM, where she held regional and global leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During this period, she led complex business and technology transformation programs.
In 2021, Aktan joined Coca-Cola İçecek and led the Enabling Functions Digital Technology and SAP Center of Excellence, driving digitalization, hyper-automation, and AI-driven innovation across the organization.
Aktan holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boğaziçi University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marmara University. She has also completed executive education programs at INSEAD. She has been serving as Chief Information and Digital Technology Officer since March 1, 2026.
Born on July 18, 1970 in Balıkesir, Erdinç Güzel graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Starting his career at Nestle in 1999 as Regional Sales Coordinator, Mr. Güzel quickly rose to various positions and demonstrated his leadership skills by assuming responsibilities such as Key Account Operations Manager and Western Turkey Sales Center Manager.
Mr. Güzel joined the CCI family in 2009 as Customer and Commercial Operations Manager at CCI Azerbaijan and was appointed as Customer and Commercial Operations Director at CCI Kyrgyzstan in 2013. In January 2014, he was promoted as the General Manager of CCI Kyrgyzstan. In 2016, Mr. Güzel continued his career as General Manager of CCI Azerbaijan and in 2019, he was appointed General Manager of CCI Kazakhstan. In February 2023, he was appointed Regional Director for Central Asia and Caucasus Countries. In his new role, Mr. Güzel is responsible for managing the company's business in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
Hasan Ellialtı has nearly 30 years of experience in sales and general management. He joined Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) in 1997 and held various positions within the sales organization in Türkiye until 2015. He served as Türkiye Sales Director between 2015 and 2019.
In 2019, Ellialtı was appointed General Manager of CCI Azerbaijan. He subsequently served as General Manager of CCI Türkiye from 2020 to 2023. Since 2023, he has been serving as Regional Director.
Hasan Ellialtı holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University and completed the Business Administration Certificate Program at the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
Kerem Kerimoğlu has more than 30 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. He began his career as an R&D Engineer at Denizli Cam before joining Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) in 1993.
Since joining CCI, Kerimoğlu has held various positions, including Maintenance Supervisor, Production Manager and Operations Manager at the Ankara Plant. Between 2003 and 2006, he served as Operations Manager for both the Ankara and Bursa plants.
He served as Türkiye Supply Chain Director between 2006 and 2015 before being appointed General Manager of CCI Turkmenistan in 2015. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as General Manager of CCI Iraq. In 2020, he was appointed Supply Chain Development Director. Since 2022, he has been serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Kerem Kerimoğlu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
