Pay inequality in organizations is independently evaluated with a scientific approach
The Equal-Salary Certification is awarded by the Equal-Salary Foundation from Switzerland that independently evaluates pay inequality in organizations using a scientific approach. Their certification demonstrates that an organization pays their female and male employees equally for equal work. The Equal-Salary Certification allows organizations to earn a place among best employers with their equal pay approach as a part of their diversity and equality principles and it also contributes to the employer’s brand. The Equal-Salary Certification is awarded by the Equal-Salary Foundation following a comprehensive audit and the certificate is valid for 3 years. During this 3 years term, the company undergoes surveillance audits that check whether the efforts and actions taken by the company as well as the successful status still continues. At the end of the 3-year period, the companies that wish to renew their certificate need to reapply to the foundation.
